1. Returns Eligibility

- Items must be unused, unwashed, unaltered, and in their original packaging with tags attached.
- Items purchased during sales or with discount codes may not be eligible for return unless damaged or defective.
- Custom or made-to-order products are non-returnable.

3. How to Request a Return

- Order ID
- Reason for return
- Photo of the product (in case of damage or defect)
Once approved, you’ll receive instructions for returning the product.
4. Refund Process
- Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we’ll notify you of the refund status.
- Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 7–10 business days.
- Shipping charges (if any) are non-refundable.
5. Exchanges
- We currently do not offer direct exchanges. You may return the product and place a new order.
6. Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with images. We will arrange a replacement or refund at no additional cost.
7. Cancellation Policy
- Orders can be cancelled within 12 hours of placement. Once shipped, the order cannot be cancelled.
