We accept returns only under the following conditions:
The product is damaged or defective

Product is missing items or accessories
Return request must be raised within 7 days of delivery.
The following items are not eligible for return or refund:
Products worn, washed, or altered
Items damaged due to improper handling
Products purchased during sale or clearance (unless damaged)
Customized or stitched kurtis (if applicable)
To initiate a return:

Share your order ID and product images
Our team will review and approve the request
Once approved, return instructions will be shared
Products must be returned in original condition with tags intact.
After receiving and inspecting the returned product, we will notify you
Approved refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days
Refunds will be credited to the original payment method
Shipping charges are non-refundable, unless the return is due to our error.
We offer size or product exchange (subject to availability):
Exchange requests must be made within 7 days
Only one exchange per order is allowed
Exchange shipping costs may apply
Orders can be cancelled before dispatch only
Once shipped, cancellation is not possible

We will arrange a replacement or refund at no extra cost
