1. Returns Eligibility

  • Returns are accepted within 7 days of receiving the order.
  • Items must be unused, unwashed, unaltered, and in their original packaging with tags attached.
  • Items purchased during sales or with discount codes may not be eligible for return unless damaged or defective.
  • Custom or made-to-order products are non-returnable.

2. Non-Returnable Items

  • Sale/clearance items
  • Accessories (if applicable)
  • Items with signs of wear or damage
  • Gift cards

3. How to Request a Return

  • Order ID
  • Reason for return
  • Photo of the product (in case of damage or defect)

Once approved, you’ll receive instructions for returning the product.


4. Refund Process

  • Shipping charges (if any) are non-refundable.

5. Exchanges

  • We currently do not offer direct exchanges. You may return the product and place a new order.

6. Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with images. We will arrange a replacement or refund at no additional cost.


7. Cancellation Policy

  • Orders can be cancelled within 12 hours of placement. Once shipped, the order cannot be cancelled.
